Are classes taught by real people or AI?

Every class is taught live by a certified human instructor. We are passionate native Mexican Spanish teachers who bring empathy, patience, and cultural connection to every session—no pre-recorded videos or AI avatars.

Do I need to sign up for a subscription?

No. We do not sell locked-in subscriptions. You can purchase single individual classes whenever you like, or choose a discounted 10-class package with complete flexibility and zero hidden fees.

How do online and in-person lessons work?

For online lessons, you will receive a Zoom link directly before your scheduled session. For in-person lessons, we coordinate your preferred meeting spot via email after booking.

Can in-person lessons take place at a café?

Yes! In-person classes can take place at a café, library, or another location of your choice. Please specify your preferred venue during booking so your teacher can plan travel time accordingly.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

For online classes, you can reschedule or cancel at no cost up to 24 hours in advance. For in-person classes, we require at least 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations without penalty.
